02 Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account and use any product on Games 333. We enforce this requirement strictly and we are not sorry about it. If you are under eighteen, please do not register. Any account found to belong to a player under eighteen will be closed immediately and any funds within it will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Important: Games 333 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Age verification documents may be requested at any time. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Geographic Eligibility
Games 333 is designed for and marketed to players in Pakistan. You are responsible for determining whether using the Games 333 platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online betting is legal for you personally in the location from which you are accessing the platform. Games 333 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted exactly one (1) Games 333 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the platform. This rule exists to protect the integrity of our bonus system and the fairness of the platform for all players.
03 Your Account
Registration
When you create a Games 333 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Games 333 reserves the right to verify all account information at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Games 333 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at support@games333.bet. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) — available from the account settings menu — to add an extra layer of security.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other websites.
- Log out of your Games 333 account when using shared or public devices.
- Contact support immediately if you notice any unrecognised activity.
Account Verification (KYC)
Games 333 may ask you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem it necessary. Standard documents requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is a standard industry requirement and is not a reason for concern. Failing to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet placed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Games 333 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after appropriate notice. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
Games 333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Games 333 wallet instantly in most cases, though bank transfers may take one to two business hours to clear. Games 333 does not charge fees on deposits.
Currency policy: All transactions on Games 333 are conducted in PKR. There are no hidden conversion fees or exchange rate markups. What you deposit is exactly what appears in your wallet balance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. There are no fees charged by Games 333 on withdrawals.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — only to accounts in your own name.
- Games 333 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player if they have not yet been processed.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal while having an active Games 333 account — or after having received any winnings from the platform — is considered a serious breach of these Terms. Games 333 reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of funds in the event of fraudulent chargebacks.
Football betting and all sports markets at Games 333 are governed by the Betting Rules in Section 6.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
Games 333 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in the specific promotion page and these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at Games 333 are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible products before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered on eligible bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawal is possible.
- Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
- Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements — check the specific promotion for contribution percentages.
- Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagered within this period will be forfeited.
- Maximum bet sizes while using bonus funds may be restricted — exceeding these limits can result in bonus forfeiture.
Games 333 reserves the right to amend, pause or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, structured wagering, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
06 Betting Rules
Placing Bets
A bet is confirmed when you click "Confirm Bet" and receive a bet confirmation reference number. At that point, the odds are locked and the bet cannot be cancelled by either party (except in specific circumstances described below). Games 333 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason, prior to confirmation.
Obvious Error in Odds
If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical error, data feed failure, or a typographical mistake that results in odds substantially different from the true market price — Games 333 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform. We take care to minimise such errors and they occur rarely.
Abandoned & Postponed Events
If a sports event is abandoned before the scheduled completion time and is not replayed or resumed within forty-eight (48) hours, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that were fully settled before abandonment remain settled. In cricket, "completion time" means completion of the agreed number of overs. Specific rules for each sport are available in the sport-specific betting rules section of the platform.
Settlement
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. In cases of official result discrepancies, Games 333 will use its reasonable judgement to settle bets fairly and consistently. All settlement decisions by Games 333 are final and binding unless an error is demonstrated.
07 Casino & Poker
Games 333's casino and poker products use a certified random number generator (RNG) for all game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fairness and randomness. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each casino game are published on the respective game pages.
Poker-Specific Rules
The Games 333 poker room operates on fixed and pot-limit structures as specified per table. Collusion between players — sharing cards, chips, or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited. Anti-collusion software monitors all tables continuously. Accounts found to be involved in collusion will be closed and balances forfeited.
- A single account per player rule applies in the poker room. You may not play on the same table using more than one device or connection.
- Games 333 charges a rake as stated on each table's information panel. Rake structures may be updated and the current rake is always displayed before you sit down.
- In the event of a disconnection mid-hand, the platform's disconnect protection rules apply — these are detailed in the poker help section.
Card games at Games 333 — including Andar Bahar and poker — are governed by the casino and game-specific rules in Sections 7 and these Terms.
08 Esports Betting
Esports betting at Games 333 covers events in CS2, VALORANT, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2 and other titles as listed on the platform. The following specific rules apply to esports markets in addition to the general betting rules in Section 6.
- Esports bets are settled based on the official result published by the tournament organiser at the conclusion of the relevant match or series.
- If a match is cancelled, forfeited, or not completed within the scheduled time and not resumed within forty-eight hours, all bets are void and stakes returned.
- Live esports markets are available but may be suspended at any time during the match at Games 333's discretion, particularly during technical pauses or disconnections.
- Map advantage, first blood and other in-game proposition markets are settled based on the official match broadcast and tournament data feeds.
- Any match found to be affected by match-fixing, as determined by the relevant tournament organiser or investigating body, will have all associated bets voided.
09 Responsible Gaming
Games 333 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting should be entertainment — something you enjoy within your own limits, not something that causes financial strain or distress. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control of your gaming activity.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Contact support or use the account settings to set or reduce limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Limits: Set a maximum session time after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Enable a periodic pop-up reminder showing your session time and net win/loss.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). Your account remains open but you cannot deposit or bet during the cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and block yourself from re-registering. This is a serious step and Games 333 takes self-exclusion requests seriously — once enacted, they cannot be easily reversed.

10 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Games 333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable.
- Registering more than one account on the platform.
- Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Using a Games 333 account on behalf of a third party or allowing others to use your account.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
- Using automated software, bots or any other tools to place bets, interact with the platform or scrape data without prior written consent from Games 333.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of manipulation of sports or esports events.
- Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
- Colluding with other players in poker or any casino game.
- Abusing the Games 333 bonus system by creating multiple accounts, structured wagering or any other method intended to circumvent bonus terms.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the Games 333 website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of Games 333 or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse or use the content of the Games 333 platform for public or commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Games 333.
The Games 333 name, logo and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media accounts or any promotional material — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued accordingly.
12 Limitation of Liability
Games 333 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance wherever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Games 333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from:
- Technical failures, connectivity issues or interruptions to service.
- Delays in the processing of bets, deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.
- Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that is later found to be erroneous.
- Losses resulting from the normal outcome of gambling activities, including losing bets.
Nothing in these Terms limits Games 333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13 Changes to These Terms
Games 333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the website at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Games 333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
